Meeting/Group Changes
Changes to an Existing Physical Meeting
You can submit changes in one of the following ways:
Online Submission:
Submit changes online by using WSO’s (World Service Office) online form - Group Records Change Form - Al-Anon Family Group.
Mail Submission: Group Record Change Form Instructions
Mail completed Group-Records-Change-EN.pdf (al-anon.org) to Area Group Records Coordinator at group.records@pa-al-anon.org.
Please Note: Often the GR (Group Representative) and CMA (Current Mailing Address) change at the same time. When the GR changes, please fill out section 7 before submitting. The CMA information is in section 6. If both are changing, please complete both sections on the form. Also, please make sure the phone contacts in section 4 are current and correct.

Electronic Al-Anon Group Resources
Group moving from a physical location to an electronic one:
Members or District Representative submit the Al-Anon Group Record Change Form for Groups with an Electronic Location on al-anon.org. (OR) inform the Area Group Records Coordinator to submit changes to the WSO.
New electronic Al-Anon group registrations:
Members or District Representative submit the New Al-Anon Group Registration Form for Groups with an Electronic Location on al-anon.org. (OR) inform the Area Group Records Coordinator (group.records@pa-al-anon.org) to submit a new group to the WSO.
